The ambition of „artisan logiciel“ is an approach that is radically opposed to the one that is often to be experienced in this area at the time being (and most of time suffered/endured by the customer).

Operating modes


For the services that are in Regie, the project take place on site (unless otherwise stated by the customer).

In any case, the follow up is ensured through regular „face-to-face“ meeting.

Validations are on this mode also and, most of the time, there is a demonstration at the same time.


At the begining of the project, the involved persons, on both sides, are designed and explicitly mentionned in the contract. There is no change of stakeplayer during the project (unless for a fully justified reason).


The list of end users of the delivered system is settled at the begining of the project and those persons are known by the supplier and met from the begining of the project.

The list of persons who are involved in the validation of the product/project is settled from the begining.


The whole project is performed, all along the operation, in a spirit of mutual fairness, simpathy and honnesty.


The general roadmap of the development of a product follows this overall scheme :

-         Getting acquainted together

-         Financial proposal in a pre-settled delay

-         Contract elaboration and signature

-         Roadmap elaboration and validation

-         Specifications redaction and validation

-         Design redaction and validation

-         Implementation and unit tests

-         First presentation of the product

-         Subsequent testing until a sufficient level of liability

-         Delivery of a test document and a delivery note

-         First delivery and first run on site (with all documentation)

-         Presentation of final product to all users

-         Course to the designated users so as to have them get used to the product

-         Accompaniement of the users, in their ramp up, in the usage of the delivered product

-         Possible improvement on demand

-         Validation of reception/approval procedure of the customer

-         End of project. After the end of official development, one can enter a maintenance and warranty period

-         Possible evolutions are discussed, and may be planned


This process is driven by regular meetings.

The steps where the customer will have to take part (validation/test steps) are designated from the begining oft he project.

From the begining, the process of follow up of the product during the period of first usage is planned, the maintenance is settled. Everything is done so that a smooth transfer in operation occurs.


In case of packaged project, the mission can take place either on site by the customer or in our subsidiaries or a mixed of both.
